The Mac Donald's oh the whitchurch rd I shrewsbury has been terrible at drive through. Last week I was doing drive through n when I got home,well,I had a big mac meal with one n a half burgers,yes I had half a burger instead of a full one.slapped together,so messy to eat.the fries were cold n I can't stand cold fries. Too many times iv come away disappointed with the service and the food. Goodbye Mc Donald's.!!!!!

Tonight this branch had to deal with a group of teens causing a disturbance and hurling abuse at the staff. The staff involved handled the situation with great professionalism which should be recognised. NOBODY should have to deal with that level of disrespect whilst just trying to do their job and as mentioned the situation was handled to the very best of their ability.

Customer service needs to improve rapidly. I hope the manager reads this. Went to McDonalds recently and I stalled my drive whilst giving my order whilst going through the Drive-Thru. I was then greeted with a young girl at the first window who said loudly "hahahaha, you stalled your car". I was so taken aback by what she was saying and how I was greeted. Also, the staff constantly forget to add sauces to your order. I won't be going here again.

Fast food is fast food, it was clean and tables wiped down quickly. However, the ordering screen did not produce a printed order number. People who had ordered after me served before my standard Big mac meal. This meant extended wait, it was lunch time so I expected a delay.
Today, I had a quick breakfast and dropped my wallet. I did not realise until 4 hrs later, needless to say, panick mode. I asked when I returned to Shrewsbury, one of the staff had found it. I must thank the staff from the bottom of my heart.

Having visited a few McDonalds lately, we found this one to be quite good for a change. The food was brought to our table quite quickly after placing our order. The place was reasonably busy, and most of the tables were quite clean. However, the bins inside were all full, and no one seemed to be keen to empty them. People were having to leave their trays full of rubbish on top of the bin area until what appeared to be a manager took it upon himself to empty one of the bins. Other than that the place was very good.

The kitchen was a hive of activity, which was all focused on justeat orders while customers in store where made to wait ages, with no apology, I even went back up for further drinks and had same experience while waiting for 2 drinks.

It's a McDonalds so you know what to expect. Food was hot and delivered pretty quickly. Everywhere was clean, including toilets,and the tables were quickly wiped when someone left. It was pretty quiet when I visited on a Wednesday lunchtime. Touchscreen display didn't work the greatest when I made my order, that's the only negative I left with.

I love our McDonalds. I often whip through the drive-thru for a quick lunch-time burger. Always a speedy service and polite staff. When getting meals for the family they rarely get my order wrong, which I have experienced in other branches down the years. Long may it stay in Newtown!

Went and ordered table service had a new ranch burger meal which was really good the fries were lovely and hot and instead o f a milkshake I had a hot chocolate caramel which was delicious overall the service was quick the staff where very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very clean with a couple of hard working staff going around cleaning up after us messy customers just shows how having good staff can improve a customer overall experience
